PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 The attraction, which attracts over 500,000 visitors a year, remained live during the works, along with other major construction works within the water basin itself.  We coordinated with the other contractors to minimise disruption (e.g. avoiding deliveries at the same time) and carefully segregated our works from the live areas.

Both the bespoke furniture and M&E were contractor designed. We worked closely with the client’s design team including the architect Smith Scott Mullan Associates and our specialist contractors.
