Value Engineering on the original building from Glulam beams to a fully manufactured kit to save costs and then procuring and erecting the kit withing the required timescales.
ADDED VALUE
Added value here was working within a tight budget and providing cost effective solutions to ensure the project costs were contained. An example of that was revising the
structure design from in situ built to offsite kit fabrication reducing costs.
Using our living environment experience to ensure no disruption to the day to day running of the schools activities.
Completion of the M&E Design from Stage 3 to Stage 4 and manage to keep within budget and indeed, advise on cost savings.
