PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Refurbishment of 23 bathrooms in the five-storey Morgan Court student accommodation building. The shower pods had become an ongoing
maintenance issue for the university, with the pods failing causing leaks and
damage to the flats below.

It was essential that we completed the works over eight weeks in the summer break, so the students had functioning bathrooms for September.

We met the strict deadline with the facilities fully operational, signed-off, and sparkle cleaned with no defects or snags when the students returned.
