PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project involves Internal alterations to existing office layout including new plasterboard partitions, new Works comprised of refurbishing and forming new offices for the Scottish Parliament withing Bridgeside House Edinburgh.

Works were carried out in a live building, so we had to ensure there was no disruption to the day to day activities of the building users. glazed screen and door set, and alternations to existing services.

Managing project variations with a short duration on site.

Our experience and knowledge of working within a live environment and working closely with the Building Manager to ensure the smooth running of the building and project concurrently.
