PROJECT DESCRIPTION

EC Specialist Contractors completed the alteration and conversion of a lift motor room into a fully compliant DDA Toilet for our client within The University of Edinburgh JCMB Building.

The planned programme of works included: strip out, joinery work, builders work, Mechanical and Electrical services installations, decoration and flooring works. These were all delivered and completed within a very tight and critical programme timescale, allowing the new facility to be become fully operational on the scheduled date, all to the delight of the university staff and students.

The project was delivered on budget and handed over with zero defects.
