Managing to complete the first batch of rooms after a small lead in period over the summer of 2024.
Co-ordination in a Live Environment.
Material Procurement due to short lead in period.
Developing the Scope of Works as the project progressed to keep in line with the budget.
ADDED VALUE
Experience in working in Live Environments assisted this project massively.
Knowledge of the Campus and strong relationships with incumbent contractors.
Worked extensively with HWU and Surveying Solutions to provide cost effective solutions to problems and issues throughout the project. Also, advising where cost savings could be made by using alternative materials and scope reductions.
