PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Refurbish office to new layout.

The project works were to reconfigure the offices to bring a more contemporary feel with new floor, decoration, light fittings and new furniture.
The majority of the works were carried out over a two week period where the clients staff worked from home with the first two weeks preparing for the two week shutdown ensuring all services etc. were prepared well in advance.
The programme was developed around the client’s requirements with all objectives met and delivered as required.

KEY CHALLENGES

The key challenges of the project were ensuring that the preparation works were all done and ready for the two week window where staff would be working from home.

Due to the building being in Princes Street, we had to co-ordinate deliveries around the adjacent clients and live environments ensuring minimal disruption to all building users. Communication was not only made with Harley Haddow but the other building users ensuring all parties got to know what was happening on a daily basis.
Ensuring all materials were ordered and ready for fitment prior to the two week period.

ADDED VALUE

Due to our vast experience working within live environments, we were able to programme the works with a minimum period on site to deliver the works.
We use only experienced sub contractors used to working within fast track live environment projects ensuring not only our expectations were met but also the clients.
Getting it right first time added to the process and ensured very little snagging and ensuring we met every date within the detailed programme.
