class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><u>PROJECT DESCRIPTION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project involved the refurbishment of an existing electronics laboratory on the first floor of the university\u2019s Earl Mountbatten Building in Riccarton to create a CMSE (Computational Mathematics, Science, and Engineering) workspace for computer Net Zero modelling.<\/p>\n<p>The vibrant new workspace we created included a ten-person central feature meeting room with full AV facilities, four glazed offices, eight&nbsp; workstations in an open plan office area, a breakout space with kitchen facilities, touchdown and storage areas and a feature bespoke bookcase unit.<\/p>\n<p>The finishes touches were added with acoustic ceiling baffles contrasting against the darkness of the open plan concrete soffit which highlighted the new M&amp;E services and digitally controlled LED lighting.<\/p>\n<p>Bright decoration and a combination of carpet and vinyl flooring all added to a modern and welcoming working
