100-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Aberdeen to create a 107-room student accommodation for Optimal Student.<\/p><p>To create 107 self-contained student suites, we altered 100 existing hotel bedrooms and converted the ground floor hotel office and dining spaces into seven additional units. The new student rooms included a bed space, study area, kitchenette, and en-suite WC\/shower room. We also created new cycle storage areas, a bin store and a communal recreational area on the ground floor.
